🟢 Prices are in USD and may be made via Paypal or E-Transfer (Canadian Clients Only)🟢 Payment is due upon the date agreed upon in the invoice. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full unless other agreements have been made.🟢 Payment Plans are available for any commission over $100🟢 You must be at least 18 years of age to commission any artwork from me. No work will be offered to minors without parental permission._____________________________HOW THIS WORKS ( COMMISSION PROCESS)🟢 To begin a commission please send me your detailed idea and reference imagery via email - and give up to 72 hours for a response . If you have other questions you may always contact me on telegram or through FA DMS!🟢 I will respond with any questions or clarifications as well as a specific quote amount.🟢 Upon payment being completed you will be added to the first available slot in my queue.🟢 Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis, with multiple pieces often being worked on simultaneously while I wait for client feedback. You can reference my current Queue HERE🟢 A sketch will generally be offered for approval within 7-10 business days of being added to the queue. This is the best time to request changes or edits to your piece! Check everything!
🟢 At final sketch approval the general turn around is 14-20 business days depending on the size or complexity of the piece. In the case of commissions over $100 you will be given two additional WIP stages to request changes. After these , any edits will incur a $5 charge per change unless they were clearly my fault.🟢 At completion you will be sent a link to a 350dpi full size file of your finished commission as well as a smaller , uploadable version that you are encouraged to download to your own storage. After 60 days the link will be invalid, and after 6 months the layered file may be deleted from my device. I keep flattened hi res copies for approx a year but cannot guarantee against technical difficulty.______________________REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:🟢You may ask for a full refund at any time between payment and your spot in the queue. Cancellation fees after that fact are as follows:
Sketch Approval stage - $20
Mid-Point Cancellation - 40%
Cancellation after Second Review stage - no Refund🟢 I, the artist, may cancel the commission at any time for any reason. If the commission is canceled (due to any reason other than harassment or other abuse of the artist ) the amount will be refunded fully but no artwork will be delivered.🟢 In the case of harassment or other inappropriate behaviour the amount of the refund will be determined by the artist based on percentage of work done , will be automatically delivered, and the art provided as-is at low resolution only._______________
USAGE:🟢 The artwork I provide you is permitted for any non commercial, personal use . Credit is not required but appreciated. Please do not repost the image with just the signature cropped (such as to Reddit etc) unless you are using it for a personal icon or banner🟢 Any commercial use, such as merchandise or advertisements using work I provided is prohibited unless you discuss and purchase such rights from me.🟢 None of my artwork is EVER permitted to be fed into any AI image generators or refined / added to by any other artist. If you would like to color in lineart or modify the work on your own, that is fine. Otherwise please refer to me for discounted post-edits.🟢 I retain the right to display finished commissions online* on social media and within my gallery sites.(*If you would like your commission to be a surprise or private, please let me know at the beginning of the process.
